How does the recipient redeem their gift?

They show the code (or the link) at the merchant. Each gift card is redeemed once, for its full value.

I didn't get my code

Check the Sent receipt for the transaction — if delivery failed, you can correct the number or email and resend from there. Still stuck? Message us on WhatsApp with the reference code.

What if there's a problem with a merchant?
